Here's an article from WebMD about a study in Italy done with people listening to relaxing music and performing slow breathing. Very interesting....I like the idea....and maybe I'll even go into a nice nap during.... :-)

Here's a great site with some more self help information that really makes sense. I am in no way promoting any knowledge of health, but these are common sense sounding techniques that definately couldn't hurt, but most likely will only help with some of the usualy health problems all of us Boomers are probably going through... or will soon.
