My introduction to PayPerPost!

Jen from her "Redhead Ranting" blog introduced PayPerPost to me as a easier way to make money from blogging. It took a few attempts for me to catch on to how to make it work, but once I got the idea of just following the instructions in the payperpost opp, it really is very easy and much more profitable than Adsense.

I am learning a lot about blogging and making money while doing it and I will continue to bring whatever help I can to my fellow Baby Boomers who would like to explore blogging and adding some additional income to their lives.

Hi David - I was wondering how this Pay-per-post thing was working for you at this point? How about your other writing ventures? (or ad-ventures, depending on how you look at it!) Hope all is well.

I was able to earn on a couple of posts that the company initialy allows to get you familar with the process, but most of the other opportunities are either taken before I get to them or not available to me. I suppose those are for those who are showing winning postings by volume. I am still learning a lot and gaining writing strength. I have also been spending time writing music as I have been a musician for over 40 years and it is my true love and passion. I had put it on the back burner for years while I had my corporate job and now I am concentrating on music for my future. I will soon have some songs available on myspace and a website. I will keep you posted and thank you for helping me out so much. You are truely an inspiration to keep me motivated toward success!!!

All the best to you!

I checked into the pay-per-post thing, too, but it seemed too convoluted. I was telling a friend about it the other day - there must be better freelancing options out there.

But Hey! That's fantastic that you're taking your music to the next level!

I,too,am moving back to focusing more on music. Broke down and got some professional help for my rheumatoid arthritis, which has been transformational! I can move my hands again - which means I can play guitar again - what a gift! But mostly, I am playing harmonicas (which I got back into when I couldn't play guitar) - and my husband plays slide guitar & mandolin - and with a few other people, we're doing some local performances. It's been a new thing for us to get up in front of others, but so far, the response has been fantastic. Maybe one of these days we can get something recorded for sharing beyond our neighborhood.

Yes! Keep me posted on what you create! Creativity keeps us grounded.

Starving artist? Not necessarily. Starvation is a state of mind - one by choice. Not for me!

All the best to you -- ...blythe
